New Healthy Eating Pyramid

In May 2015, a revised version of the well-known Healthy Eating Pyramid was released. The Healthy Eating Pyramid was designed by Nutrition Australia as an easy-to-use visual guide to the types and proportion of foods we should eat every day for good health.

Like the Australian Guide to Healthy Eating, the revised Pyramid promotes a variety of foods from the five food groups plus healthy fats and is based on current Australian Dietary Guidelines (2013).
